How Will You Be Judged?

2 Corinthians Ch 5:10 for we must all appear before the Messiah’s court of judgment, where everyone will receive the good or bad consequences of what he did while he was in the body

Everyone—every single person from Adam to the last person born on this earth—will stand before YESHUA MESSIAH and be judged for what he or she did in the body. And that person will receive good or bad consequences as final judgement.

Everyone. It doesn’t matter who you are, what religion you call yourself, what you believe, how educated you think you are, where you live, what your skin color is, how much money you have, how much power you think you have—everyone is going to stand before MESSIAH YESHUA in judgement.

But the flesh is very wicked. While in the flesh the wicked believe they will never stand before MESSIAH YESHUA in judgement.

2 Timothy Ch 3:1 Moreover, understand this: in the acharit-hayamim will come trying times.

2 People will be self-loving, money-loving, proud, arrogant, insulting, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy,

3 heartless, unappeasable, slanderous, uncontrolled, brutal, hateful of good,

4 traitorous, headstrong, swollen with conceit, loving pleasure rather than God,

5 as they retain the outer form of religion but deny its power. Stay away from these people!

I don’t know about you, but I personally wouldn’t want anyone mentioned in verses 1-5 near me or my family. I wouldn’t want that type of person as a friend, co-worker, in a position of power and so on. Yet, these are exactly the type of people we have in government, running the schools, in the military, as cops and even in the medical field.

The ‘People’ Paul mentions in verse 2 are not isolated to disobedient teenagers covered with tattoos and have a hundred shameful piercings. These people walk among you everyday in high positions as well as low positions. They are the ‘Tares’. And as you read verses 1-5 you must realize these people aren’t sitting around worrying about being judged by MESSIAH YESHUA (although they need to be very worried).

As verses 1-5 tell us, the hearts of these people are wicked. And wicked people are just that: wicked. Look around America and then at the world. Do you honestly see the world governments as Holy and Submissive to G-D—or do you see them controlled by satan? The answer is obvious. And it’s getting worse and more evil by the day.

I want to point out something very important that I’ve written about before:

Revelation Ch 9:20 The rest of mankind, those who were not killed by these plagues, even then did not turn from what they had made with their own hands - they did not stop worshipping demons and idols made of gold, silver, bronze, stone and wood, which cannot see or hear or walk.

21 Nor did they turn from their murdering, their involvement with the occult and with drugs, their sexual immorality or their stealing.

By the time verse 20 happens the 6 Shofar has been sounded and 33% of mankind has been killed.

Revelation Ch 9:18 It was these three plagues that killed a third of mankind - the fire, smoke and sulfur issuing from the horses’ mouths.

Yet, the wicked still refuse to repent today when they can come and go and do as they please for now? The evil you read in verses 20 and 21 are worldwide. These people are not Holy for G-D. These people walk among us and their hearts are controlled by satan. There is no gray zone: You are either obeying G-D’s Will or the will of satan.

But the day of Judgement for the wicked will come.

Revelation Ch 20:11 Next I saw a great white throne and the One sitting on it. Earth and heaven fled from his presence, and no place was found for them.

12 And I saw the dead, both great and small, standing in front of the throne. Books were opened; and another book was opened, the Book of Life; and the dead were judged from what was written in the books, according to what they had done.

13 The sea gave up the dead in it; and Death and Sh’ol gave up the dead in them; and they were judged, each according to what he had done.

14 Then Death and Sh’ol were hurled into the lake of fire. This is the second death-the lake of fire.

15 Anyone whose name was not found written in the Book of Life was hurled into the lake of fire.

Judgement is certain for the wicked and this is the reward of those who care cast into the Lake of Fire:

Revelation Ch 21:8 But as for the cowardly, the untrustworthy, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those involved with the occult and with drugs, idol-worshippers, and all liars - their destiny is the lake burning with fire and sulfur, the second death.”

But what about you and me? What judgement will we receive? We will be judged according to the things we did in our past, what we’re doing now and what we will do in the future. Good or bad.

Here is where G-D’s Mercy steps in: We may not be able to change the past, but we can change today and tomorrow. We can do good for G-D.

Ephesians Ch 2:10 For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.

Why are we created in YESHUA MESSIAH? For good works.

Good works. Not bad works. But good works (and yes, that means our salvation must be supported by good works, for faith without works is dead James Ch 2:26). In the Torah we are taught the good works we are to do—for we do no good works on our own.

John Ch 15:1 “I am the real vine, and my Father is the gardener.

2 Every branch which is part of me but fails to bear fruit, he cuts off; and every branch that does bear fruit, he prunes, so that it may bear more fruit.

3 Right now, because of the word which I have spoken to you, you are pruned.

4 Stay united with me, as I will with you -- for just as the branch can’t put forth fruit by itself apart from the vine, so you can’t bear fruit apart from me.

Why is this so important? Because YESHUA obeyed G-D’s Torah. The fruit we bear comes from the Torah—and HE is the Vine that connects us to the Torah (the New Covenant Hebrews Ch 8:10).

Everything good work is taught to us in the Torah.

Matthew Ch 25:34 “Then the King will say to those on his right, `Come, you whom my Father has blessed, take your inheritance, the Kingdom prepared for you from the founding of the world.

35 For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you made me your guest,

36 I needed clothes and you provided them, I was sick and you took care of me, I was in prison and you visited me.’

37 Then the people who have done what God wants will reply, `Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink?

38 When did we see you a stranger and make you our guest, or needing clothes and provide them?

39 When did we see you sick or in prison, and visit you?’

40 The King will say to them, `Yes! I tell you that whenever you did these things for one of the least important of these brothers of mine, you did them for me!’

and

James 1:27 The religious observance that God the Father considers pure and faultless is this: to care for orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being contaminated by the world.

Exodus Ch 22:22 “You are not to abuse any widow or orphan.

23 If you do abuse them in any way, and they cry to me, I will certainly heed their cry.

24 My anger will burn, and I will kill you with the sword - your own wives will be widows and your own children fatherless.

Nothing good is outside of the Torah. All the good works we are to do are taught to us inside the Torah.

Take heart to what YESHUA MESSIAH warned:

Matthew Ch 5:19 So whoever disobeys the least of these mitzvot and teaches others to do so will be called the least in the Kingdom of Heaven. But whoever obeys them and so teaches will be called great in the Kingdom of Heaven.

This is why the Torah is eternal. Those on earth who refuse to obey Torah and teach others to do will be called least in the Kingdom of Heaven. Yes, they believe in YESHUA MESSIAH and called on HIS NAME to be saved, but they refused to obey the Holy Torah of G-D. They will be called the least.

But those who obey Torah and teach others to do so will be called Great in the Kingdom of Heaven.

These are the very words of YESHUA MESSIAH who spoke the Words G-D showed and taught HIM (John Ch 8). This decree didn’t end when YESHUA MESSIAH died on the Cross. It stands for as long as mankind walks the earth.

The Torah teaches is to do good in the Body.

Listen to what the Apostle Paul wrote:

Romans Ch 12:1 I exhort you, therefore, brothers, in view of God’s mercies, to offer yourselves as a sacrifice, living and set apart for God. This will please him; it is the logical “Temple worship” for you.

In order to offer your body as a sacrifice your body must be without spot or defect.

1 Corinthians Ch 6:19 Or don’t you know that your body is a temple for the Ruach HaKodesh who lives inside you, whom you received from God? The fact is, you don’t belong to yourselves;

20 for you were bought at a price. So use your bodies to glorify God.

When the HOLY SPIRIT doesn’t dwell within a person, his or her body becomes a filthy temple that G-D will destroy. But when the HOLY SPIRIT does dwell within a person, his or her body becomes Hole Temple. But the Temple can also become lifeless (rejection of Torah). If you try to fill your Temples with the doctrines of man instead of the Truth of G-D, you become a rebel demanding authority over G-D. And as G-D has clearly shown us through HIS Word, the 1st and 2nd Temple were destroyed because they were no longer Holy.

Think about that: G-D’s Glory filled the 1st Temple—yet, HE destroyed it. The 2nd Temple didn’t have G-D’s Glory in it. That Temple was destroyed. Both Temples teach a very valuable and frightening Truth. G-D allowed both to be built and to be destroyed. Why? Because Israel rejected G-D’s Torah both times and did what was evil in HIS Sight.

If Israel would have truly obeyed Torah during the times of YESHUA MESSIAH they would have realized HE was the ONE Moshe had written about in the Book of Deuteronomy. Yet, they were following the doctrines of man and not the Truth of the Living G-D of Israel.

You and I will be judged someday. We could die today and our judgement would come. We could die fifty years from now. G-D could remove HIS children from the earth this very day. It is certain we will face judgement.

People may see Heaven as being blessed and happy and being with loved ones—and yes, those things are true. But what I’m about to say may upset many: There are levels in Heaven.

YESHUA said those who reject Torah and teach others to do so will be called the ‘Least’ in the Kingdom of Heaven. For those who obey Torah and teach others to do so will be called the ‘Greatest’ in the Kingdom of Heaven. In Heaven there will be the ‘Least’ and the ‘Greatest’—all based on obedience to Torah.

And the Torah is the New Covenant confirmed by YESHUA MESSIAH’s Precious, Holy, Living Blood.

Matthew Ch 26:28 For this is my blood, which ratifies the New Covenant, my blood shed on behalf of many, so that they may have their sins forgiven.

and

Hebrews Ch 8:10 “’For this is the covenant which I will make with the house of Isra’el after those days,’ says ADONAI: ‘I will put my Torah in their minds and write it on their hearts; I will be their God, and they will be my people.

I would read Matthew Ch 5:19 very carefully and with extreme diligence. And then I would ask myself: What is the New Covenant? Because when you deny Torah you are breaking the New Covenant in which you claim to be under (and yes, gentiles are under the New Covenant because they are grafted into Israel, Romans Ch 11, Ephesians Ch 2).

I want to make a very simple example: G-D commands us not to eat a pig (pork). How simple. Don’t eat pork. It’s that simple. G-D said don’t do it, then don’t do it.

G-D did not make HIS Torah complicated. What G-D said to do we do—what G-D said not to do we don’t do. And G-D creates every path and opens every door for us to obey HIS Torah.

Hebrews Ch 13:20 The God of shalom brought up from the dead the great Shepherd of the sheep, our Lord Yeshua, by the blood of an eternal covenant.

21 May that God equip you with every good thing you need to do his will; and may he do in us whatever pleases him, through Yeshua the Messiah. To him be the glory forever and ever. Amen.

G-D is not going to equip you to do anything outside of HIS Will—and G-D’s Will lives inside of HIS Eternal, Holy, Torah.

What will you say when YESHUA MESSIAH asks you why you ate pork? G-D said do not eat pork. Will you try to justify your actions through the writings of Paul? Paul isn’t the authority and he never taught the gentiles to disobey Torah. G-D is the authority. If what Paul wrote seems to go against the Torah of G-D, then you are the one in great error. Peter warned about this in 2 Peter Ch 4.

The wicked will be judged—but so will those who call YESHUA their LORD. Some YESHUA will cast out before HIM for they were workers of lawlessness. But not all people deserve to be thrown into the Lake of Fire. There are many people in this world who truly love YESHUA and know HIM as LORD and SAVIOR. And many people are never taught Torah—and sadly, many are blinded by the doctrines of man. So you may say, “we do not sin because we do not believe we have to keep Torah”.

Wrong.

Leviticus Ch 4:1 ADONAI said to Moshe,

2 “Tell the people of Isra’el: ‘If anyone sins inadvertently against any of the mitzvot of ADONAI concerning things which should not be done, if he does any one of them,

and verse 27

“’If an individual among the people commits a sin inadvertently, doing something against any of the mitzvot of ADONAI concerning things which should not be done, he is guilty.

And Leviticus Ch 24:22 You are to apply the same standard of judgment to the foreigner as to the citizen, because I am ADONAI your God.”

This is why the gentiles are grafted into Israel and through MESSIAH YESHUA they enter into the New Convent (Torah) as well.

Whether you think you are not sinning and in the clear just because you believe the Torah is for the Jews only, you still sin each time you break one of G-D’s Mitzvot’s. Every time you eat pork, you sin. And yes, even for those who call Sunday their Sabbath, when they go to a restaurant after church service and spend money, they sin (violating Shabbat will be reserved for another article).

G-D does not change.

Let me say that again: G-D does not change (Malachi Ch 4:6). YESHUA does not change (Hebrews Ch 13:8). You are the one in error in sin when you refuse to obey the Holy Torah of G-D. And yes, you will be judged accordingly. We all will.

Do you think I’m without sin? When my day of judgement comes my head will be held so low it will touch the floor. I didn’t start to learn and obey G-D’s Holy Torah until late 2011. How many years of sin were behind me? Years I will have to answer for—the good and the bad. I will be judged someday for my life according to G-D’s Holy Torah. For G-D is a G-D of Justice.

People claim mercy and grace—yes, G-D is a G-D of mercy and grace, but HE is also a G-D of Justice. And we will all be judged accordingly. As far as Mercy and Grace? The ONE Judging us will also be the ONE who Gave HIS Only SON to die for us—and our SAVIOR is the one who makes intercession for us before the FATHER. Grace is not a ‘get out of free jail card’. Remember that. But yes, Grace is always present for those who truly love G-D through YESHUA our LORD, turns from their sins, and seek the Will of G-D (Torah) and to obey.

We will never live sinless. Impossible. For only YESHUA MESSIAH, our Precious LORD, was sinless. But each day we have the chance to do what is right and good in the sight of G-D:

Deuteronomy Ch 6:18 You are to do what is right and good in the sight of ADONAI, so that things will go well with you, and you will enter and possess the good land ADONAI swore to your ancestors,

And remember (and I remind myself of this teaching by James):

James Ch 1:5 Now if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives to all generously and without reproach; and it will be given to him.

Without wisdom (and the Fear of G-D is the beginning of wisdom) we cannot understand not obey Torah. We will always obey the doctrines of man that allow us to live whatever life we want. The Torah teaches us to live for G-D alone.

Each day everything we do is recorded in Heaven. What we say, think, speak and do—and yes, what we eat, watch, read and listen to.

And when Judgement Day arrives, will we be found living for G-D alone or living under the doctrines of man that make you the least in the Kingdom of Heaven.

Leviticus Ch 19:1 ADONAI said to Moshe,

2 "Speak to the entire community of Isra'el; tell them, 'You people are to be holy because I, ADONAI your God, am holy.

G-D’s words to be holy isn’t a suggestion: It is an eternal command. For G-D alone is Eternally HOLY. You can’t deny G-D’s Torah and live a holy life.
