What to know about Jimmy Carter’s state funeral, including the service in DC
Funeral services honoring Jimmy Carter, the 39th President of the United States, who died Sunday, will begin Saturday and last until Jan. 9.
There will be opportunities for mourners in both his home state of Georgia and those in D.C. to pay their respects, with public viewings and formal services scheduled.
Here’s what to know about honoring the former president’s life, according to the schedule released by the Joint Task Force-National Capital Region.
Saturday, Jan. 4
The Carter family arrives at Phoebe Sumter Medical Center in Americus, Georgia, at 10:15 a.m.
A hearse carrying Carter’s remains will depart the medical center and travel through his hometown of Plains, Georgia, to his childhood home for a brief pause in front of his family farm at 10:50 a.m.
Then, the late president will begin his final journey to Atlanta at 10:55 a.m. Once Carter’s motorcade arrives in Atlanta, it will stop at Georgia’s State Capitol for a moment of silence by Gov. Brian Kemp and other state officials.
Carter’s remains will then be taken to the Carter Presidential Center for an arrival ceremony at 3:45 p.m. and service at 4 p.m., after which he will lie in repose.
Mourners can pay their respects at the Carter Presidential Center from 7 p.m. Saturday until 6 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 7.
Jan. 5 and Jan. 6
The late president continues to lie in repose until 6 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 7. The public is invited to pay their respects throughout this time.
Tuesday, Jan. 7
Carter will depart the Carter Presidential Center one last time with a ceremony at 9:30 a.m., after which his remains and his family will head to Dobbins Air Reserve Base in Georgia at 10 a.m., and board Special Air Mission 39 to travel to D.C. at 10:40 a.m.
They are scheduled to arrive at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland at 12:45 p.m. and then travel by motorcade to the U.S. Navy Memorial at 1:15 p.m. His remains will then be transferred to a horse-drawn caisson for a procession to the Capitol at 2 p.m., followed by a 3 p.m. service in the Rotunda.
Carter will then lie in state while the military maintains a guard of honor. The public is invited to pay
their respects as he lies in state from 7 p.m. to midnight.
Wednesday, Jan. 8
The late president continues to lie in state while the military maintains a guard of honor. The public is invited to pay their respects from 7 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 8, until 7 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 9.
Thursday, Jan. 9
Carter’s remains will depart the Capitol with a ceremony at 9 a.m. and will then travel to Washington National Cathedral for a 10 a.m. funeral service. Following the service, Carter and his family will head back to Joint Base Andrews and again board Special Air Mission 39 for his final return home at 11:45 a.m.
They are scheduled to arrive at Lawson Army Airfield at Fort Moore, Georgia, at 2 p.m., when Carter’s remains and his family will then travel by motorcade to Maranatha Baptist Church in Carter’s hometown of Plains for a 3:45 p.m. private funeral service.
After the service, the late president and his family are scheduled to return to the Carter residence for a private interment at 5:20 p.m. The public is invited to line the motorcade route as Carter and his family travel through his beloved hometown to the late president’s final resting place.
Just before Carter’s burial, the U.S. Navy will conduct a flyover.

I want to point out that the entire funeral time line takes place during the time Congress counts the electoral votes.

Congress meets in joint session to count the electoral votes (unless Congress passes a law to change the date from a Saturday or Sunday).
The word ‘Chance' and ‘Coincidence’ does not exist with G-D. Everything is by G-D’s Holy and Eternal Design. So we need to ask ourselves: What is G-D showing us?

If the two two terrorists in New Orleans and Las Vegas are connected what is G-D trying to show us? Why did the truck explode outside of trump hotel in a city called ‘Sin City’? Both attacks happened on New Years day, after the lightning strikes and before jimmy carter’s funeral starts.
As I’ve stated in past articles I believe donald trump is the 8th king/beast in Revelation Ch 13 and 17. Why did G-D allow a truck to explode in front of trump hotel? What is G-D trying to show us?
Congress will count the electoral votes on January 6 during jimmy carter’s funeral. As far as I can tell congress has never counted the electoral votes during a president’s funeral.

If donald trump is the 8th king/beast do the signs act as a confirmation? There have been many other signs, too. I want to focus, in this article, on the signs that have taken place between December 29th and the gentile New Year.
I’m certain many more signs will follow between now and January 20th. Will trump, if he is the 8th king/beast receive the fatal wound? Will we be here to see it? Will the rapture happen before January 20th?
I want to point out something personal. What I’m about to say may or may not mean anything. I’m simply showing what I think may have importance. Only time will tell.

I also want to point out that the sun will be in the constellation Sagittarius until January 19th. On the 20th the sun moves into Capricorn. Why is this Important?

Does any of this mean anything? In my humble opinion: Yes. The Magi knew YESHUA our LORD had been born by watching the Heavens.
I find it amazing that all of this is taking place in what could be the second year of the famine. I have spoken about two cows being born on September 20 2017 and September 25 2017. Each cow had the number 7 on its head. The first cow was born on a Shabbat and five days later the second cow was born on Rosh HaShannah (Yom Teruah). Both cows were born in the year of the blood moon tetrad. I believe the 7 years of bad began Rosh HaShannah 2023—and as you know, on October 7 2023 Israel was attacked and over 1200 innocent Jewish people were killed and over 200 taken captive and the world has done nothing but condemn Israel instead of her enemies. I believe the attack on Israel was a confirmation the 7 years of bad began.
Joseph revealed himself to his brothers in the second year of the famine. Will the beast be revealed during the second year of the famine as well?

The First Torah reading in the Book of Exodus takes place on January 18th—two days before donald trump takes power again. Will the rapture happen before then? Will the male child be born (the Body of YESHUA)? Will the woman make her exodus and flee to the wilderness?
Only time will tell. We have 18 days to find out. We need to pay very close to the signs G-D in HIS Great Mercy is showing us. We are in the End Days. Please be a watchman on the wall and do as YESHUA our PRECIOUS RISEN LORD commanded: Watch!
